SHIPPING IN UKRAINE
MERINA jewellery orders are shipped all over Ukraine through Nova Poshta and UkrPoshta.
Depending on the geographical location of the settlement in the territory of Ukraine where you reside, the delivery time may vary from 1 to 5 days.
You can pay for the product you choose in one of the following ways:
– by transferring the amount indicated on the site to the card of PrivatBank, the number of which you will receive by e-mail when placing an order.
– to pay by cash payment upon receipt of the goods by post (with this method of payment you pay the cost of the parcel and return delivery – 2% of the amount + 20 UAH).
DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Delivery to Europe and other countries of the world is carried out by UkrPoshta and lasts from two weeks to one month. Payment of the finished goods or goods for order abroad is made 100% before the beginning of work on the order through Western Union. RETURNS
MERINA accessories strives to create the most positive shopping experience for our customers. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer can inspect them at the post office and, if the goods do not fit, must immediately return them. Other returns are not accepted. After all, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, natural stone products are included in the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return).

• All orders are processed in the order they are received and subject to the availability of the goods in stock.
• We reserve the right to request additional information to confirm the order, if necessary for its successful execution.
*Individual orders (changing the length of the product, replacing accessories, etc.) are executed after full prepayment. The execution time depends on the product and the availability of the material.
2. Right to refuse to process an order
We reserve the right to refuse to process an order in the following cases:
• Inappropriate behavior or insults towards our team (threats, aggression or offensive language).
• Providing false or incomplete information by the customer necessary to fulfill the order.
• Suspicion of fraud or abuse of our terms of service.
• Violation of the rules or conditions specified on our website.
In the event of refusal to process an order, if a prepayment was made, we undertake to return the funds to the account specified by the customer within 5 business days.
